Center for Family Support

The Center for Family Support (CFS) is a not-for-profit human service agency providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and the elderly throughout New York City, Long Island, the lower Hudson Valley region and New Jersey. CFS provides a variety of in-home, residential, habilitative and family support services. Our goal is to help individuals live as independently as possible in the community of their choice, and to support families with their care needs. Staff work with each person's support network to develop an individualized service plan. Service Coordinators provide expertise in locating employment opportunities, medical professionals, day programs, housing and other support.
